Potassium Bicarbonate

Used to treat must that is too acidic. 0.12 ounce (3.4 gms) reduces acidity by .1 pH. Interchangeable with Potassium Carbonate, but less of the Bicarbonate is required to make the same change in pH (3.4 gms K Bicarbonate vs 3.8 gms K Carbonate). Sold by the ounce. Minimum order is 0.1 oz.
