Potassium Metabisulfite

Potassium Metabisulfite - used as an equipment sanitizer in winemaking (use 2 oz per gallon of water). Used to kill bacteria and control wild yeast in must (1 teaspoons per 6 gallons of must); capable of removing chlorine and chloramine from water (1/8 teaspoon per 20 gallons of water). Sold by the ounce. Minimum order 1 oz.
